Most useful things to send us:

• A rate on this site that does not match the partner page — include the hotel name and the date.
• A listing with wrong details: name, star rating, photo.
• Partnership and affiliate enquiries.

We do not take bookings, change bookings or issue refunds. Those belong to the booking partner you completed the booking with, and their contact details are on your confirmation email.
